Yes - at The Nourishment Hub, we focus on sustainable, evidence-based strategies that support gradual weight loss and improve blood glucose levels without long-term restrictive diets. You’ll work with an accredited dietitian and exercise and weight loss experts to find what approach best suits your lifestyle, preferences, and health goals.

No referral is needed. While we work closely with GPs where appropriate, you can enrol in our programs or consultations directly.
