What happens next: you will receive an automatic confirmation email straight away. Our clinical team then reviews your responses and comes back to you within 2 business days to let you know whether Momentum is a good fit, and what your options are if it is not.

If the program is not right for you, we will tell you. We would rather point you somewhere more useful than enrol someone we cannot help.
