Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is The Nourishment Hub (ABN 20 808 947 752) (the “Promoter”).

2. Promotion period
The promotion opens on 16/02/2026 and closes on 28/02/2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to individuals who:
a) are aged 18 years or over; and
b) are located in Australia; and
c) complete the official entry process during the Promotion Period; and
d) meet the Momentum eligibility and safety requirements (including completion of screening questions), as determined by the Promoter; and
e) are not employees of the Promoter (or their immediate family members).
Important: Momentum is a clinician-led lifestyle program. If participation is not clinically appropriate or safe for an entrant (based on screening responses or other relevant information), the entrant will be ineligible to redeem a prize or discount and an alternative winner may be selected.
4. How to enter
To enter, eligible individuals must complete the Promoter’s entry process via the official link/QR code during the Promotion Period and provide the required contact details.
Limit: one (1) base entry per person.
5. Bonus entries (Instagram/Facebook)
Entrants may receive up to two (2) bonus entries by following the Promoter’s official accounts on Instagram and/or Facebook, as indicated in the entry form.
a) A bonus entry is counted as an additional entry in the draw (for example, an entrant may have 1 to 3 total entries).
b) The Promoter may request verification (for example, Instagram handle/Facebook name) and may exclude a bonus entry if it cannot be reasonably verified.
Following on Instagram or Facebook is optional unless explicitly stated otherwise in the entry form.
6. Prizes
The following prizes will be awarded:
a) Major Prize (1 winner): One (1) Momentum membership for six (6) months at no cost to the winner (program fee waived for the six-month term).
b) Secondary Prizes (2 winners): 50% off the Momentum program fee for six (6) months (one prize per winner).
c) Attendee Offer (non-prize): 20% off the Momentum program fee for six (6) months for eligible entrants, subject to clause 7.
7. Prize and offer conditions
a) Prizes and discounts are not transferable, not exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
b) Prizes and discounts apply to the Momentum program fee only and do not include third-party costs (for example, GP appointments, medications, pathology/blood tests unless explicitly included by the Promoter, gym memberships, equipment, or internet/data costs).
c) Participation in Momentum is subject to the Promoter’s screening and safety requirements. The Promoter may request additional information or medical clearance where clinically indicated.
d) If a winner is deemed ineligible or unsafe to participate, the prize will be forfeited and the Promoter may select an alternative winner.
e) The 20% attendee offer is available only to entrants who are eligible and safe to participate, as determined by the Promoter.
8. Draw and winner announcement
a) The draw will be conducted on 1 March 2026 at 6pm AEDT.
b) Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period (including any verified bonus entries).
c) The Promoter will draw one (1) major prize winner and two (2) secondary prize winners.
9. Winner notification
a) Winners will be notified via email (and/or phone if provided) within 2 business days of the draw.
b) If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period (7 days), or is deemed ineligible, the Promoter may redraw the prize.
10. Redemption timeframe
Prizes and the attendee offer must be redeemed by 14/03/2026.
11. Disqualification
The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who:
a) provides false or misleading information;
b) tampers with the entry process;
c) submits multiple base entries; or
d) otherwise fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
12. Privacy and marketing consent
a) By entering, entrants acknowledge that personal information (and, where relevant, health-related information) may be collected to assess eligibility and safety for Momentum and to administer the promotion.
b) If the entry process includes consent to receive marketing communications, entrants can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in emails.

13. Changes, cancellation, and force majeure
If the promotion cannot proceed as planned due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control (including technical issues), the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion, subject to applicable laws.
14. Liability and general
a) Nothing in these Terms limits any rights under Australian Consumer Law.
b) The Promoter is not responsible for technical issues, late entries, or lost communications.
c) This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
15. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
